On love:

Love is putting GOD first. That is true love, with that, you may  love all His creation.
Yet, some people set up idols to rival God, and love them as if they are God. Those who believe love God the most. If only the transgressors could see themselves when they see the retribution! They will realize then that all power belongs to God alone, and that God’s retribution is awesome.

Beware, love ( of this life and in this life) can be an illusion.

On the intelligent human heart:

The Intelligent Heart
Many of the changes in bodily function that occur during the coherence state revolve around changes in the heart’s pattern of activity. While the heart is certainly a remarkable pump, interestingly, it is only relatively recently in the course of human history—around the past three centuries or so—that the heart’s function has been defined (by Western scientific thought) as only that of pumping blood. Historically, in almost every culture of the world, the heart was ascribed a far more multifaceted role in the human system, being regarded as a source of wisdom, spiritual insight, thought, and emotion. Intriguingly, scientific research over the past several decades has begun to provide evidence that many of these long-surviving associations may well be more than simply metaphorical. These developments have led science to once again to revise and expand its understanding of the heart and the role of this amazing organ.

In the new field of neuro cardiology, for example, scientists have discovered that the heart possesses its own intrinsic nervous system—a network of nerves so functionally sophisticated as to earn the description of a “heart brain.” Containing over 40,000 neurons, this “little brain” gives the heart the ability to independently sense, process information, make decisions, and even to demonstrate a type of learning and memory. In essence, it appears that the heart is truly an intelligent system. Research has also revealed that the heart is a hormonal gland, manufacturing and secreting numerous hormones and neurotransmitters that profoundly affect brain and body function. Among the hormones the heart produces is oxytocin—well known as the “love” or “bonding hormone.” Science has only begun to understand the effects of the electromagnetic fields produced by the heart, but there is evidence that the information contained in the heart’s powerful field may play a vital synchronizing role in the human body—and that it may affect others around us as well.

Research has also shown that the heart is a key component of the emotional system. Scientists now understand that the heart not only responds to emotion, but that the signals generated by its rhythmic activity actually play a major part in determining the quality of our emotional experience from moment to moment. As described next, these heart signals also profoundly impact perception and cognitive function by virtue of the heart’s extensive communication network with the brain. Finally, rigorous electrophysiological studies conducted at the HeartMath Institute have even indicated that the heart appears to play a key role in intuition. Although there is much yet to be understood, it appears that the age-old associations of the heart with thought, feeling, and insight may indeed have a basis in science.

On using our brain and heart:

Many are using their “brains” but are forgetting to also use their “hearts?:

[Qoran 18:57] Who are more evil than those who are reminded of their Lord’s proofs, then disregard them, without realizing what they are doing. Consequently, we place shields on their hearts to prevent them from understanding it (the Quran), and deafness in their ears. Thus, no matter what you do to guide them, they can never ever be guided.

We learn from the research that communication between the heart and brain is actually a dynamic, ongoing, two-way dialogue, with each organ continuously influencing the others function.

Scientists also believe that the heart has its own “brain” – an intrinsic nervous system! It’s not clear what it does or if it is subservient to the higher brain. But it is clear that it is there. The Qoran emphases the importance of using our hearts (39:23; 57:16). One such verse states :
[Qoran 57:16] Is it not time for those who believed to open up their hearts for God’s message, and the truth that is revealed herein? They should not be like the followers of previous scriptures whose hearts became hardened with time and, consequently, many of them turned wicked.

Science had found that the heart does impact the brain’s thinking capability, and does also feed the brain thoughts and feelings that would control the perspective of the person.
Another Qoran  verse states:

[Qoran 8:2] The true believers are those whose hearts tremble when God is mentioned, and when His revelations are recited to them, their faith is strengthened, and they trust in their Lord.

Our ability to hear and act on the information being sent from the heart, can make the difference in whether we experience life as a series of stressful events or one that’s rich in quality.

The heart provides information that can help us eliminate the mental and emotional drain caused by confusion, stress, overwhelm, anxiety and frustration. Hence, the guiding of our heart is so critical (3:8; 6:125; 64:11) ! One such verse states:

[Qoran 64:11] Nothing happens to you except in accordance with God’s will. Anyone who believes in God, He will guide his heart. God is fully aware of all things.

Use your hearts folks do not be like these:

[Qoran 6:25] Some of them listen to you, but we place veils on their hearts to prevent them from understanding, and deafness in their ears. Thus, no matter what kind of proof they see, they cannot believe. Thus, when they come to argue with you, the disbelievers say, “These are tales from the past”.

So, let us use the heart and brain.

On who is making the decisions for you:

Is GOD making the decisions for you?

Are you going to blame other than yourself when you choose your own path/direction/philosophy/friends/likes/dislikes/actions….?

GOD created the fire. Millions are harmed by the fire either by accident or by choice or by others or… Does that mean it is GOD s fault?

You debate in your head before you take the action or you take the action without thinking or …Is GOD holding a gun to your head and forcing you one way or the other?

OK ,go ahead keep finding excuses just because you( that includes all of us?) want to shift the blame to the Creator!!!!

May be you did not want to exist/be created at all?  Did you ask to be created in the first place? You were brought here screaming and against your will and forced to be created a human? What an injustice from the Lord!!!!

GOD says otherwise. GOD says ,out of Mercy He is doing us all a favour? GOD says He does not want robots? GOD says choose freely ,but accept responsibility ( You wanted responsibility)?

Oh what a tragedy! What injustice! what a shame! Even if you were brought to this life kicking and screaming, now you are here, deal with it! Take this chance and kill you ego.

If one is so clever ,use you cleverness to dig yourself out of pessimism and enjoy being here . Be grateful to your Creator and stop blaming other than yourself. He has created so much support ,provisions,…For you. Be thankful.

Smile ,be good, do good. Love life and all that comes with it.

GOD bless.
